Meet Grace Hu, a Clinical Psychologist, is passionate about creating a supportive space for clients to openly express vulnerabilities and tackle personal challenges. Believing in the transformative power of recognising and sharing our common struggles, she utilises evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to guide clients towards articulating their needs and developing actionable steps toward their goals. Outside her professional life, Grace finds joy in dancing, exploring cafes, and sharing meals with loved ones, weighing that the journey of growth is both meaningful and enjoyable.
